Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Newfield Health is committed to making our website and patient platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Access to healthcare information and services should not be limited by disability, and we take that obligation seriously.
Newfield Health LLC is committed to ensuring that our website — including our intake process, patient portal, and all informational pages — is accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with applicable law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, where applicable, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
We view accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a checkbox. As we build and improve the platform, accessibility review is a part of our development process.
Standards we target
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility and cover a broad range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
We also aim to meet applicable requirements under:
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (where applicable as a telehealth provider)
- Applicable state accessibility laws

Measures we have taken
To support accessibility, Newfield Health has taken the following steps:
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast ratios across all pages (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
- Using semantic HTML elements and appropriate ARIA labels throughout the site
- Ensuring all form fields have associated labels
- Implementing keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements
- Ensuring all pages declare their language via the
langattribute - Designing responsive layouts that reflow properly at up to 400% zoom without loss of content or functionality
- Using descriptive link text rather than generic "click here" or "read more" labels
- Ensuring form error messages are clearly associated with the fields they describe
- Adding skip-to-content links at the beginning of each page for keyboard users
Known limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, we are aware of the following areas that are currently under review or improvement:
- Patient portal: Some interactive elements within the patient account interface are undergoing accessibility review. We are working to ensure full keyboard navigation and screen reader support.
- Third-party integrations: Certain components delivered by our telehealth infrastructure partner (physician messaging, intake forms) may have their own accessibility characteristics that we do not fully control. We have requested accessibility documentation from our partners and are working toward a coordinated solution.
- PDF documents: Any downloadable PDF documents may not be fully accessible. If you need content from a PDF in an alternative format, please contact us.
If you encounter a specific barrier on our site, please let us know using the contact information below. We prioritize accessibility feedback and will work to address reported issues promptly.
