Clinical quality.
Private, on your terms.
Newfield Health connects men with licensed physicians for private, online consultations — combining the quality of real clinical care with the discretion that men's health requires.
Making real clinical care accessible — and private.
Men's health has a well-documented problem: the conditions most likely to affect quality of life are the ones least likely to be discussed. Not because men don't care, but because the traditional path to care — a waiting room, a face-to-face conversation with a physician who may know your family — creates barriers that most men quietly decide aren't worth it.
Newfield Health was built to remove those barriers. We connect patients with independent, licensed physicians through a secure, private platform. The clinical quality is the same as any physician's office. The experience is designed for the man who has been putting this off.
We operate on a simple principle: a man's decision to address a private health concern deserves the same standard of care — and the same dignity — as any other medical visit.
Built on three principles.
Every decision we make about the platform — from how we handle data to how we communicate with patients — comes back to these.
Physician independence, always
The physicians on our platform exercise fully independent clinical judgment. Newfield Health does not direct, influence, or review clinical decisions. A physician on our platform may decline to prescribe, request more information, or recommend in-person care — and that independence is non-negotiable. It's what makes the care real.
Privacy without compromise
Your health information stays between you, your physician, and the pharmacy filling your prescription. We don't sell patient data. We don't use health information for advertising. Deliveries arrive in unmarked packaging. Privacy isn't a feature — it's the foundation of everything we build.
Compliance before convenience
Telehealth is a regulated space, and for good reason. We operate under HIPAA, coordinate with state-licensed physicians, and work only with accredited pharmacy partners. When compliance and convenience conflict, compliance wins. We'd rather be slower and right than fast and risky.
What "independent physician" actually means — and why it matters.
You may have noticed that we emphasize physician independence frequently. That's intentional, and it's worth explaining.
In the telehealth industry, not all platforms operate the same way. Some effectively direct clinical decisions — creating pressure toward prescribing that serves business interests rather than patient interests. We believe this is wrong, and it creates real patient risk.
On the Newfield Health platform, physicians are independent licensed practitioners. They are not employees. They are not given quotas. They are not reviewed on approval rates. Each physician makes the clinical call they believe is right for the patient in front of them — and that's it.
This means you may not always receive the prescription you were hoping for. That's a feature, not a flaw. The integrity of the process is what makes the care worth having.
Physicians write prescriptions based solely on their clinical assessment of your intake and health history. No business considerations enter the clinical decision.
You are connected with a physician licensed to practice medicine in your state of residence — satisfying both legal requirements and professional ethical standards.
Messages between you and your physician are end-to-end encrypted and handled through a HIPAA-compliant platform. Your clinical conversation is private.
All physicians in the network carry professional liability insurance, providing the same accountability structure as any traditional medical practice.
Our platform does not facilitate prescriptions for controlled substances. The medications available — sildenafil and tadalafil — are FDA-approved non-controlled generics.
How we protect you.
The regulations governing telehealth exist to protect patients. Here's how Newfield Health meets them.
HIPAA compliance
All protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA. We maintain Business Associate Agreements with all vendors who may access patient data. Our platform uses TLS encryption for data in transit and encryption at rest.
Licensed pharmacy partners
All prescriptions are filled by licensed, accredited pharmacy partners operating under applicable state and federal pharmacy laws. Newfield Health does not dispense medication and is not a pharmacy.
State telehealth requirements
Telehealth regulations vary by state. Our platform is designed to meet applicable requirements in every state where we operate, including informed consent protocols and physician licensure requirements.
Advertising compliance
Our marketing materials are reviewed for compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable telehealth advertising standards. We do not make prescription guarantees in advertising or make claims that a specific medication will be prescribed.
