Semaglutide Oral Suspension — Tier 1
Physician consultation fee of $20, medication & shipping INCLUDED
Tier 1 includes the S1 through S3 concentration range. Your provider determines the specific concentration prescribed based on your medical review, response and tolerance.
Selecting this program does not allow you to choose a specific concentration. Prescription treatment requires clinical approval.

Physician consultation fee of $20, medication & shipping INCLUDED
Tier 2 includes the S4 through S6 concentration range. Your licensed provider determines the specific concentration prescribed based on your clinical review, treatment response and tolerance.

Prescription treatment requires provider approval. Selecting Tier 2 does not guarantee a specific concentration.
Addressing appetite at the hormonal level
Most weight management approaches focus primarily on behavior. Semaglutide works through GLP-1 receptor signaling, a pathway involved in the body's natural response to food and fullness.
GLP-1 signaling can help strengthen feelings of fullness, reduce appetite signaling and slow how quickly food leaves the stomach.
Treatment is individualized. Your provider determines both the appropriate program tier and the concentration prescribed within that tier.

What GLP-1 signaling does in the body
Signals fullness
GLP-1 receptor activation supports stronger fullness signaling after eating.
Slows gastric emptying
Food may move through the stomach more slowly, extending the physical sensation of fullness after meals.
Reduces appetite signaling
Reduced baseline appetite may help decrease between-meal hunger and support lower caloric intake.
Supports glucose regulation
GLP-1 signaling also affects insulin and glucagon responses involved in blood sugar regulation.
Getting started is simple.
Your medical information is reviewed before any prescription treatment or concentration is selected.
Complete Your Medical Intake
Provide your health history, current medications, treatment goals and other relevant clinical information.
Licensed Provider Review
A licensed provider determines whether Semaglutide treatment is clinically appropriate.
Tier & Concentration Selection
Your provider determines the appropriate treatment tier and specific concentration within that tier.
Ongoing Monitoring
Response, tolerance and treatment goals can be reviewed as your care continues.
Your treatment plan is based on your clinical profile.
Semaglutide treatment is not automatically appropriate for every patient. Your provider reviews relevant health information before deciding whether to prescribe treatment and which program tier is appropriate.
Medical history
Existing health conditions and relevant gastrointestinal history are considered during review.
Current medications
Your medication list is reviewed as part of determining treatment suitability.
Allergies & pregnancy status
Relevant allergies and pregnancy status are included in the clinical assessment.
Response, tolerance & treatment tier
Continued treatment decisions may include changes within a tier or movement to another tier when clinically appropriate.
Treatment develops over time.
Response to GLP-1 treatment varies. Your provider may review tolerance, appetite response, side effects and weight-management goals as treatment continues.
Adjustment & appetite changes
Your provider may begin treatment within the concentration range considered clinically appropriate for your situation.
Response is reviewed
Your provider may adjust your concentration within the applicable tier based on response and tolerance.
Tier changes are provider-directed
If clinically appropriate, your provider may determine that treatment within another program tier is appropriate.
Clinical review comes first.

What patients ask about Semaglutide Oral Suspension
What is the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2?
Tier 1 is $199 per month and includes the S1, S2 and S3 concentration range. Tier 2 is $279 per month and includes the S4, S5 and S6 concentration range. Your provider determines which tier and concentration are clinically appropriate.
Can I choose S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 or S6 myself?
No. The specific concentration is determined by your licensed healthcare provider based on your medical review, treatment response, tolerance and clinical goals.
Is this the same as Ozempic or Wegovy?
No. Ozempic and Wegovy are FDA-approved injectable medications that contain semaglutide. This program uses a compounded oral suspension, which is a different formulation and is not FDA-approved.
Is this the same as Rybelsus?
No. Rybelsus is an FDA-approved oral tablet that contains semaglutide. This treatment uses a compounded oral suspension with a different formulation and preparation approach, and it is not FDA-approved.
Will I experience nausea?
Nausea is a potential side effect of GLP-1 treatment. Gastrointestinal effects can be more noticeable during treatment adjustment and may improve as the body adapts. Contact your care team about persistent or concerning symptoms.
Does selecting this program mean I will receive Semaglutide?
No. Your provider determines the appropriate treatment based on your clinical profile. Another treatment approach may be recommended after medical review.
Do I still need to change my diet?
Yes. GLP-1 treatment can support appetite regulation, but it does not replace nutrition and lifestyle changes. Your treatment plan works alongside recommendations from your care team.
What happens if treatment is stopped?
Weight regain can occur after GLP-1 treatment is stopped, particularly when long-term dietary and lifestyle changes have not been established. Your provider can help plan ongoing weight-management care.
Semaglutide Oral Suspension is compounded and is not FDA-approved. Do not use if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma or if you have MEN syndrome type 2. GLP-1 medications should not be used during pregnancy. Provider review is required.
